Directions to Sleigh Rides at Gold Run Nordic Center
FROM BRECKENRIDGE
The Gold Run Nordic Center is located 4 miles north of downtown
Breckenridge. Allow 15 – 20 minutes travel time; however,
this may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions.
The main intersection downtown with a stoplight is Main Street
and Ski Hill Road. From Main Street (also known as highway 9),
head north.
Heading north, the next stoplight is French Street after which
you will encounter the roundabout and continue north.
The next stoplight is at County Road 450. There is a large
7-eleven on the right corner. Another mile north is the next stoplight
at Valley Brook, and about 1 mile further is the last stoplight
at Tiger Road. As you approach Tiger Road, you will see signs
on the right for Breckenridge Nordic Center ski area and another
for Breckenridge Golf Course. (They are one in the same)
Turn RIGHT on Tiger Road, continue for ½ mile, and turn
right on Highlands Drive. There is a large sign for the Gold Run
Nordic Center, Sleigh Rides and restaurant. From Highlands Drive,
turn left at the 3-way stop sign onto Clubhouse Drive
There is parking at the bottom of the hill and the front door
is at the circular driveway. You’re here! Please check into
the main entrance of the lodge and enjoy your sleigh ride!

Frisco. Allow 15 – 20 minutes travel time; however, this may

From the stoplight in downtown Frisco at Main Street and Highway
9, head south. You will encounter 2 more stoplights about a ¼
mile apart as you head south.
After these stoplights and 1 more mile south, you will pass
Dillon Reservoir on your left. You will then pass the high school
on your right and come to another stoplight. This is the intersection
of Highway 9 and Swan Mountain Road. Continue south for approximately
2 miles. You will pass Tiger Run RV Resort on the left and see
signs on the right for the Breckenridge Nordic Ski Area, Breckenridge
Public Golf Course. This is Tiger Road where you will turn left.
Turn LEFT on Tiger Road, continue for ½ mile, and turn
right on Highlands Drive. There is a large sign for the Gold Run
Nordic Center, Sleigh Rides and restaurant on this corner. From
Highlands Drive, turn left at the 3-way stop sign onto Clubhouse
Drive.
